I've spent over a decade immersed in the world of customer experience. After all that time the advice I received on day one of my first role still rings true; “Just be a human.”
This advice was delivered quite sarcastically from someone not at all interested in training the new kid, but to me, it was a lightbulb moment that began to form my entire ethos on leadership and customer experience.
I entered the industry by opening retail stores in new markets which led to a stint in buying, sourcing, and wholesale before finding my home in the CX e-commerce kingdom. I specialize in developing and streamlining cross-departmental strategies to ensure the optimal experience at every customer touchpoint. My primary focus has been on consumer goods, specifically those looking to make a positive difference in the world.
Originally from New York, I found my way to Maine and decided to make the coast my home. I spend my free time with my rescue pittie, Kane, reading a copious number of books, and cycling.
